Sticking to a healthy diet and life
April 25th, 2008 | by technodirty |Looking to those famous six packs of Shahrukh Khan or watching the latest beach volleyball studs displaying there beach bodies? Here’s a relatively hassle free way to get there, begin with a healthy breakfast.
If you are prone to snacking, keep a supply of fat free snacks around. Make sure to get 20 minutes of exercise everyday. It also helps to find a partner with same mission, so you can both coax each other along the path to the thin and narrow.
Make sure your oil intake is reduced to 3 table spoons a day, and do not stick to one style of oil. Try all healthy oils including olive, mustard and sunflower. Yes, oil is necessary for body and starving heavily to reduce weight could cause serious health issues.
Take nice lunch, which should include chapattis, rice (a bowl), vegetable or one bowl of chicken or fish dish, avoid having red meat, prawns and pork. Make sure you start your lunch with lots of crunchy salad, give a gap of 5-10 minutes, and have water after lunch giving again a gap of 5-10 minutes.
In between lunch and dinner or at teatime have wheat rusk or rich fiber biscuits, again start dinner with lots of crunchy salads and take any one of the cereals, either wheat or rice and do not include any non-vegetarian dish.
Sticking to this diet plan for a regular period and doing extensive workout daily will reduce that unwanted flab from your tummy to make you look smarter.
